Tasting - "Bricco Dei Tati Rose"

Name: Bricco Dei Tati Rose
Variety: Barbera
Region: Piedmont
Country: Italy
Year: -
Price:
$7.95
Shop/wine critic/winery review:
"
Fresh with aromas of strawberries, cherries and rose petals. This is ideal with shellfish, salads, chicken, and with appetizers."
My review:
On the nose, this wine had notes of strawberries and had a rosy scent. The scent had a bit of acidity and was overall fresh.
It was the best smelling wine I have ever had. The consistency was very thin. On the palate, I tasted exactly what I expected from the sniffs. It was sweet, a bit sour, fruity, and also tannic. No accompanying food, but I think it would go well with fruits or anything sweet.
